The last few weeks, for some maybe even months, have been pretty stressful. Our world is getting busier and more demanding all the time. On top of everyday demands we had everything from earthquakes, hurricanes, fires to mass shooting. It is not surprising that we all feel a certain level of anxiety. Here I talk about anxiety as extreme apprehension and worry which is a normal reaction to stressful situations. In some cases this feeling can become excessive and cause those who suffer from it to dread everyday situation. Luckily for us, Reiki can help us with these feelings. It can help us release these emotions, and bring us back into centered and peaceful state of being. I am offering you a short guided meditation/healing in the video below.
For those who suffer from anxiety disorder, I would like to suggest getting ignited or attuned to Reiki. Being attuned to the first level of Reiki would give you a chance to constantly bring Reiki into your life, into any situation thus bringing peace and harmony.
