 Energetic Boundaries and Protection

Most of us don't want to experience negative events, others being angry with us and unleashing that anger towards us. Most of us experience heartbreak either through losing a loved one or ending a romantic relationship. Most of us get hurt in one way or another and we put up protection. 

Protection - there is nothing wrong with protecting ourselves, our well being. We have all experienced the need to protect our heart so that we can move forward. The problem starts when we leave that protection for too long in place. That protection can hinder the ability of energy to flow throughout our body which can then over time show up as illness or dis-ease in the physical body.

In session when we find these protective barriers that have become a problem, we always work on dismantling them. Sometimes it takes one session to clear it all away, sometimes it takes several sessions for the barrier to transform into something that is supportive.

Connect With Your Guides

 In this time of a worldwide pandemic, upheaval, and emotional distress, do you feel like you are alone? Are you confused and insecure in your choices in many areas of your life? Are you looking for peace, guidance, problem-solving, and healing?

You have your own guides that can help you attain the clarity you desire! Your guides come in many different forms. They can be angels, spirit animals, ascended masters. They are here for you, to help and support you on your daily walk. When you learn how to connect and work with them, you will begin to see other possibilities and ways to respond to whatever is happening in your world. 

Do you want to learn how to connect with your guides and learn ways to enter non- ordinary reality - the safe space where your guides reside - and access healing, problem solving, and healing?

During this six hour informational and experiential call you will:

- Meet your guides and learn how to easily access them,

- Journey and achieve altered state of consciousness. This will help awaken your dormant spiritual abilities so you will have confidence in your skills.

- Learn how to listen and receive guidance when you connect to your guides. You will then begin to trust the information you receive,

- Practice receiving information specifically for you from your guides. Then you will know how to do this wherever you are,

- Practice connecting to your guides with questions for other people. This is a way that you can help in the world, especially now during these chaotic times.

- Learn how to create an altar so that you can connect more easily with your guides. An altar represent intention so you can create it in the tiniest space: a window sill, corner of counter, a tiny pouch. 

This class will take place November 7th, 2020 online through Zoom. You will receive a recording of the class that you can download for personal use.

Online Reiki I and II Workshop

Online Reiki I and Reiki II Workshop

September 19th and 20th, 2020

Classes start at 10 am on Zoom!

We are living in strange times. Many are stressed out, fearful, and struggling emotionally, mentally, and physically. I am offering Reiki classes online due to a huge need for self help, and for helping others.

We will gather in a virtual circle on Zoom. Zoom is a platform for conducting live video classes. It is interactive and easy to navigate.

Reiki is a life force energy that brings relaxation, renewal, and healing. In this class, you will be attuned to Reiki. Through placements, your connection to this beautiful energy is established. You will be opened up to the flow of Reiki, enabling you to channel this energy to yourself and others. I teach Usui/ Holy Fire III Reiki. 

During this workshop you will experience giving and receiving Reiki treatments using all hand positions, self-treatment, scanning others, beaming, using Reiki II symbols, and sending Reiki to others at a distance.

You will learn:

• The history of Reiki
• The Reiki hand positions
• How to give a complete Reiki treatment
• Using Reiki for specific conditions
• Reiki II symbols and how to use them
• How to use Reiki to break unwanted habits
• Long distance healing
• Dr. Hayashi Healing Guide

This workshop includes:

• Reiki I and Reiki II certificates
• Reiki handout

I am offering these classes with a few different pricing options during these challenging times because I believe that Reiki should be accessible to as many people as possible. I believe that Reiki can be of great help to every person - young or old - as it affects the nervous system and triggers the body's ability to heal itself.

Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki I class will be held on April 18th on Zoom from 10am to 4 pm with possibility to end early. When you register you will receive the link to the Zoom meeting in the welcome email.

Holy Fire Reiki

Holy Fire Reiki is a new form of Reiki that is powerful and gentle at the same time. It was first introduced in Januray of 2014 through William Rand of International Center for Reiki Training.
Holy Fire is a very pure, high frequency energy that comes in with Reiki. It provides purification, healing, empowerment, and guidance from a place of pure consciousness. Holy Fire Reiki works on healing ancestral lineages, transforming beliefs that hold back, opening the heart, and I could go on and on. Truly it works on many levels and dimensions of our Being.
When I first heard of Holy Fire I wasn't sure if I wanted to work with this new energy because it required letting go of my tried and true travel companions - the Tibetan symbols. I loved using those symbols, they spoke to me. But the summer of 2014 I had the opportunity to experience Holy Fire through a meditation and I was hooked. I am offering you a little sample of the Holy Fire Ocean of Love experience here. Hope you enjoy it.

The feeling of love and peace is palpable throughout this meditation. I hope you were able to experience it too.

Fast forward, I LOVE working with Holy Fire Reiki and I love teaching it. Each person receives the gifts they are ready to receive. I continue to receive them too. The process of growth and change is never ending. Hope you join me in a class or a circle to experience the Holy Fire Reiki.

Reiki for Insomnia

According to the National Sleep Foundation insomnia is defined : “According to guidelines from a physician group,  insomnia is difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep, even when a person has the chance to do so. People with insomnia can feel dissatisfied with their sleep and usually experience one or more of the following  symptoms: fatigue, low energy, difficulty concentrating, mood disturbances, and decreased performance in work or at school.”

Today, many people suffer from this condition either in its acute or chronic form. If you are one of those people I offer you this guided meditation that is infused with Reiki to help you relax and fall asleep. 

Receiving Reiki brings a sense of relaxation as it releases stress and guides the mind to quiet down. As a practitioner that uses Reiki on a daily basis, I would love to suggest to those that suffer from insomnia to get attuned or ignited to Reiki. Getting ignited/attuned to the first level of Reiki would give you the ability to do self healing so once you are ready to go to sleep you would start doing self Reiki which would lead you to relax and drift off to sleep.

Reiki for Anxiety

The last few weeks, for some maybe even months, have been pretty stressful. Our world is getting busier and more demanding all the time. On top of everyday demands we had everything from earthquakes, hurricanes, fires to mass shooting. It is not surprising that we all feel a certain level of  anxiety. Here I talk about anxiety as extreme apprehension and worry which is a normal reaction to stressful situations. In some cases this feeling can become excessive and cause those who suffer from it to dread everyday situation. Luckily for us, Reiki can help us with these feelings. It can help us release these emotions, and bring us back into centered and peaceful state of being. I am offering you a short guided meditation/healing in the video below.

For those who suffer from anxiety disorder, I would like to suggest getting ignited or attuned to Reiki. Being attuned to the first level of Reiki would give you a chance to constantly bring Reiki into your life, into any situation thus bringing peace and harmony. Everyday practice of self - Reiki can bring huge shifts in ones well-being, self confidence, and trust.

We can make a huge difference with Reiki.
