Soul Retrieval

Shamanism is an ancient way of healing that has been around for centuries in most indigenous cultures across the globe. Shamanic belief is that human beings are souls having a human experience and that if you care for the soul in a proper way through soul retrieval that the healing can then manifest in the physical, mental and emotional body of a person. In shamanism it is believed that we are all energy and that our bodies are high vibrational systems and that any time a low vibrational energy enters in to the system it causes dis-harmony and dis-ease. It is also believed that if you are whole you are healthy.

As a tàltos, I have received lots of information and guidance about soul retrieval, and how to bring back the lost pieces.

Imagine the soul like a huge jigsaw puzzle and we are born with all the pieces intact. Throughout our life, as we experience stressful and traumatic events, big changes, loss of a loved one, arguments - we lose some of those soul pieces. This way, as time passes by, empty space is created in our soul. 

Universe doesn't likes holes or empty spaces so it wants to fill in those empty spots in the soul. Now your empty space starts attracting energies that are around you and most often those are lower frequency energies that cause disharmony in the energy system, and that disharmony will cause illness to show up in the body.

The signs of soul loss are:

• Anything chronic - depression, fatigue, misfortune, faulty relationships, suicidal thoughts
• Addictions - alcohol, drugs, food
• Operations or difficulty to recover from surgery
• Major illness
• Not feeling connected to body or reality
• Feelings of unworthiness, shame or guilt
• Repetitive sicknesses, flue, colds
• Not feeling one's personal power

In our society, we all need a soul retrievals because were not taught how to properly care for our souls, our soul energy. Soul retrieval is just one of the ways we can care for it, and it is a powerful way!

Once you make the commitment to the soul retrieval you will start noticing thoughts and issues that need to be addressed to bring you the highest good. You might encounter people who trigger your memories, emotions, beliefs. You might receive guidance through your dreams. The soul retrieval ceremony starts the moment you commit to it.

In the soul retrieval ceremony, I travel with my guides into the energetic reality to retrieve the soul essences and blow them back into the client, making him/her whole/fuller again. 

This ceremony is not once in a life time event. As we grow, heal, our guides will nudge us to have another one because we are like a cup - we can be full, we can be spilled, we can be almost empty...

This is a big, life changing ceremony. I have been practicing and learning - for years now - the ways my guides work with me so that we can bring the most potent healing for everyone.

Energetic Boundaries and Protection

 Energetic Boundaries and Protection

Most of us don't want to experience negative events, others being angry with us and unleashing that anger towards us. Most of us experience heartbreak either through losing a loved one or ending a romantic relationship. Most of us get hurt in one way or another and we put up protection. 

Protection - there is nothing wrong with protecting ourselves, our well being. We have all experienced the need to protect our heart so that we can move forward. The problem starts when we leave that protection for too long in place. That protection can hinder the ability of energy to flow throughout our body which can then over time show up as illness or dis-ease in the physical body.

In session when we find these protective barriers that have become a problem, we always work on dismantling them. Sometimes it takes one session to clear it all away, sometimes it takes several sessions for the barrier to transform into something that is supportive.

We are living in strange times. Many are stressed out, fearful, and struggling emotionally, mentally, and physically. I am offering Reiki classes online due to a huge need for self help, and for helping others.

We will gather in a virtual circle on Zoom. Zoom is a platform for conducting live video classes. It is interactive and easy to navigate.

Reiki is a life force energy that brings relaxation, renewal, and healing. In this class, you will be attuned to Reiki. Through placements, your connection to this beautiful energy is established. You will be opened up to the flow of Reiki, enabling you to channel this energy to yourself and others. I teach Usui/ Holy Fire III Reiki. 

During this workshop you will experience giving and receiving Reiki treatments using all hand positions, self-treatment, scanning others, beaming, using Reiki II symbols, and sending Reiki to others at a distance.

Holy Fire Reiki

Holy Fire Reiki is a new form of Reiki that is powerful and gentle at the same time. It was first introduced in Januray of 2014 through William Rand of International Center for Reiki Training.
Holy Fire is a very pure, high frequency energy that comes in with Reiki. It provides purification, healing, empowerment, and guidance from a place of pure consciousness. Holy Fire Reiki works on healing ancestral lineages, transforming beliefs that hold back, opening the heart, and I could go on and on. Truly it works on many levels and dimensions of our Being.
When I first heard of Holy Fire I wasn't sure if I wanted to work with this new energy because it required letting go of my tried and true travel companions - the Tibetan symbols. I loved using those symbols, they spoke to me. But the summer of 2014 I had the opportunity to experience Holy Fire through a meditation and I was hooked. I am offering you a little sample of the Holy Fire Ocean of Love experience here. Hope you enjoy it.

The feeling of love and peace is palpable throughout this meditation. I hope you were able to experience it too.

Fast forward, I LOVE working with Holy Fire Reiki and I love teaching it. Each person receives the gifts they are ready to receive. I continue to receive them too. The process of growth and change is never ending. Hope you join me in a class or a circle to experience the Holy Fire Reiki.

Reiki for Insomnia

According to the National Sleep Foundation insomnia is defined : “According to guidelines from a physician group,  insomnia is difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep, even when a person has the chance to do so. People with insomnia can feel dissatisfied with their sleep and usually experience one or more of the following  symptoms: fatigue, low energy, difficulty concentrating, mood disturbances, and decreased performance in work or at school.”

Today, many people suffer from this condition either in its acute or chronic form. If you are one of those people I offer you this guided meditation that is infused with Reiki to help you relax and fall asleep. 

Receiving Reiki brings a sense of relaxation as it releases stress and guides the mind to quiet down. As a practitioner that uses Reiki on a daily basis, I would love to suggest to those that suffer from insomnia to get attuned or ignited to Reiki. Getting ignited/attuned to the first level of Reiki would give you the ability to do self healing so once you are ready to go to sleep you would start doing self Reiki which would lead you to relax and drift off to sleep.

Reiki for Anxiety

The last few weeks, for some maybe even months, have been pretty stressful. Our world is getting busier and more demanding all the time. On top of everyday demands we had everything from earthquakes, hurricanes, fires to mass shooting. It is not surprising that we all feel a certain level of  anxiety. Here I talk about anxiety as extreme apprehension and worry which is a normal reaction to stressful situations. In some cases this feeling can become excessive and cause those who suffer from it to dread everyday situation. Luckily for us, Reiki can help us with these feelings. It can help us release these emotions, and bring us back into centered and peaceful state of being. I am offering you a short guided meditation/healing in the video below.

For those who suffer from anxiety disorder, I would like to suggest getting ignited or attuned to Reiki. Being attuned to the first level of Reiki would give you a chance to constantly bring Reiki into your life, into any situation thus bringing peace and harmony. Everyday practice of self - Reiki can bring huge shifts in ones well-being, self confidence, and trust.

We can make a huge difference with Reiki.  

Journey with Goddesses - Circle

The Moon Goddess

Join the Circle and sit with the Goddesses. Each week, for 9 weeks, we will invite one of the Goddesses to lead the circle. We will ask her to show us the dark side of her and the light side, inviting: healing, acceptance, and beauty of all that we are, who we are.

In this Circle, we will:

• Invite ourselves to look at our own shadows and how we act/react to it;
• Learn how to harness the power of our shadow;
• Invite healing into the places that need love and care, allow the wounds to heal/shift;
• Experience mini soul retrieval, and

This Circle is dictated by the conversions between the Goddesses and the Circle, me being the ear of the Circle, and requires flexibility and ability to flow with the information received. Life Purpose

Have you pondered what your life purpose is? Have you thought about how your passions and skills might reveal the one thing that you are supposed to be doing on this Earth Walk?  Have you ever thought about how to tie them into a life-sustaining endeavor so that you can ditch your boring, meaningless, maybe even soul-crushing job? Have you read books about discovering your life purpose and your potential?
If you answered any of these questions with yes, I invite you to read on. I have asked myself these questions many times. In the last few years there has been so much hype about life purpose, not just in new age circles, but everywhere. It felt like anywhere I turned, I would find a new book, article, a workshop on how to discover my true life purpose. All that talk about life purpose sometimes made me feel like a failure because I didn't know what, exactly, my life purpose was. Let me be clear, even now, I am not aware of my one true life purpose....

I admire those who have known since they were children what they wanted to be, needed to be; and I admire the drive that stays with them for the rest of their lives; propelling them forward, fulfilling their hearts' desire. Good for them!
Well I was one of those children who didn't know what they wanted to be when they grew up - too many things to learn about, observe, to get fascinated with... I have many passions, many interests.

Recently, I started working with a new energy that came after working with Reiki for a little over six years. This energy calls itself The God Connection. As I worked with it, I learned that this energy was coming through to help people with their life purpose. During these sessions, I was the channel for this energy to come through and work with the client. Sometimes the client would receive step by step instructions on how to move forward on their path. Sometimes they would get clarity around what their Earth Walk was all about. I would get glimpses of what was happening for the client in the session but the details; the instructions where only for them. After the session it would be up to the client  whether or not to share with me what they received. But the reason why I am writing about all this is because the other day, while I was holding space for a client to receive her guidance - I received information about how Life Purpose can manifest for people.
Now I share this with you - Life Purpose is not one job, one passion. It can be, for some people, but that is a small percentage of the population. For more of them it is a conglomerate of many experiences that they came to have, many ideas to be brought through into the world, many choices to make each day; they are all part of our Life Purpose. We can have many passions, many expressions of our talents and gifts. We don't need to box ourselves into finding the ONE and only. Those of us who have multiple story-lines to act out, we are not failing; we just have to work harder on our roles and bringing through all of them into this reality,
into completion. Those who have one major passion in a way are lucky, the drive is easy to recognize, respect and act on; no questions; no doubt around it.

Free yourself up and tell a new story about your life purpose/purposes. Each day is a new opportunity to fulfill your story or a part of your story. Think of it as having many blank books on your book shelf and you get to write in as many as you want. You might even start multiple books at the same time; you might start many and end up with writing only one; you might start with one and branch out into more; you might not write anything - there is a story in the blank pages too.

Do you have a dream, a vision, an idea that no matter what you do, how you do it, doesn't end in fruition or it doesn't bring your heart's desires into reality?

Boost Your Dream is a 3 week online circle forming to support you on your journey of manifesting your dream into this reality through guided meditation, journal prompts, and other activities.

Why circle? In a circle we are all equals. We are all students and teachers. We share our wisdom, strength, support and the power of the circle grows. It grows and changes in response to our growth and change.

Angel Reiki

Angel Reiki is a fusion of Reiki and the energies of the Angelic realm. The reason why we use Reiki as a baseline is that it acts as a highway for the Angel's energies. Reiki itself is a highly intelligent life force energy that can do no harm and it can with ease bring in high frequency energies of the Angels so that we can experience them on cellular level. Angel Reiki can bring forth profound healing on physical, emotional and energetic levels. The quality of Angel energy is one of kindness, love and safety. By practicing Angel Reiki the relationship with your Angelic guides will become stronger, richer and deeper.

When I think, feel and talk about Authority, I am in a place where I am in my wisdom, power; I have credibility to create new ceremonies, hold space for my clients and be free from my own insecurities, my own judgement. This circle is my way of saying, I am sick and tired of others pushing things on me with the message that I am not good enough, that I have to take another class to get there wherever that is, or why I haven't figured out how to earn 6 figures with my business. I am done with doubting myself. For me, this circle is about being seen as I step fully into my Authority and I say - I am powerful, I create magic, I create space for healing to unfold.

This circle has been forming for months now. It has been growing in power and strength and it is here to support you - to explore the aspects of your life that need you to step fully into your authority, into your power. The circle will hold and support your intentions of growth, self love and expansion through out the year.

Here you will be witnessed, heard, supported and loved on your journey to release the chains holding you down and claiming the YOU that was on the "back seat" until now. It is time for YOU to be in the Spotlight. Healing, change, acceptance, celebration are all part of this circle.

We will be working and exploring with the Elements, Medicine Wheel, Sound and Allies to help us on this journey of self empowerment.

The Authority Circle requires a one year commitment. You can attend the circles either in person or through e-circle format online. If you choose the in person and can't make a date, no worries, you will receive that month's e-circle program. June and December will be e-circle only with personal email guidance and an exercise created specifically for you.

We will have a closed Facebook group in which we will share our experiences, support and love between the circles.

• June 20th no live gathering, 
• July 25th, 
• August 29th, 
• September 26th, 
• October 24th,
•  November 28th, 
• December 19th no live gathering, 
• January 30th. 

The live, in person circles will gather from 1-4 pm. Please be prepared to stay longer if needed as each circle is unique. In my heart I hold the space for the circle's magic to unfold and room for it to breathe and morph into its own shape.

The cost for the whole year is $400. If you choose a two time payment, the cost is $440. If you need to make a different payment plan please let me know so that we can find an option that will support both of us. How Full Is Your Cup?

I am not talking here about a cup of joe but the cup of joy and soulful love.
We are such a giving oriented society. Most of us, especially women and mothers, have a hard time with receiving and are very quick at giving and meeting other people's - children, spouses, friends, pets - needs. Most of the time there is a long list of people whose needs have to be taken care of before we get to ourselves and our own needs.
We are also taught that as long as we keep our cup full, there is going to be plenty for everyone. I believed it too for a long time.
Recently in a healing session, my guides asked: "Are you giving from the cup or from the saucer? You are not supposed to give from your cup. Your cup has to be full for you. You are supposed to give from your saucer."
I knew that this message wasn't just for my client. It was for all of us.
In the business of life it is easy to forget, to set aside our needs with the thought - I will get back to it later. Sometimes that later lasts a few days, weeks, sometimes even months.
I invite you to check in with yourself. Close your eyes and take some deep breaths, release the busy thoughts and bring your attention to your cup. Feel it. Is it full? What color is the light in it? Is it vibrant and sparkly? Is it dull?
Now you know how full you are.
I encourage you to take time every day to fill your cup up. It may be a walk in the park, reading a book, exercising, or energy work.
Reiki can fill and over fill your cup with vibrancy and power. After a session you are more than ready to give and receive with an open heart.

This workshop is for those that would like to establish and/or improve their relationship with their guardian angels and archangels.

In this workshop you will:
